As Tirkapsan Camber Industry our products are produced in hydraulic presses with high frequency technology in accordance with European standards.
The MDF’s used are passed through calibrated sandpaper, glued according to the desired thickness, and pressed in molds in layers on top of each other to become a curved product.
If desired, cnc processing and net cutting can be done by making wooden coating on the curved material.
